They brand themselves as a hotelier brand and I can totally confirm so. The CS team is so on point - patient, responsive and courteous. I had a few ideas about the engraving and they gave useful feedback based on the design and how it may turn out. I told them it was a gift for my friend and they even offered to wrap it with ribbon to make it look nicer.
To be honest, I just added this item to my cart to get the free shipping, so I didn't bother with the engraving. But it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The bristles are incredibly soft and densely planted, which feels so pampering on my gums. I especially love the bamboo case - it's actually more hygienic if I need to take the toothbrush with me when I travel.
