General

For any returns or exchanges, an invoice or proof of purchase is required. Our policy covers 30 calendar days after you receive the items. Any request beyond is regrettably not allowed.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that customised items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless the error falls on our end e.g. Wrong engraving).

Returning Item

If you are not satisfied with the items for any reason, you may request to return the new and unused items together with the original packaging within 7 calendar days after receiving.

Please note the incurred shipping cost is to be borne by the customer and not refundable.

Exchanging Item

Should you have second thoughts on the item style after receiving it, you may request for an exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving. Exchanges are only available for the size and/or colour of the same item. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.

Please note that the incurred two-way shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

Faulty Item

If you receive a faulty item (e.g. breakage, wrong size), please contact us our Customer Care team will assist exclusively.

For items involving craftsmanship, minor defects are inevitable and shall not be regarded as faulty. Customers would be reminded upon purchase of said items.

Refund Policy

By default, the mode of refund is your original payment method.

The refund request from us to your payment merchant is made within 2 business days. The overall timeline depends on your payment merchant's handling.
